Student Mental Health Coordination Services (SMHCS):

Active Minds UCSB:

A nonprofit organization that works to increase students’ awareness of mental health issues, provide information and resources regarding mental health and mental illness, encourage students to seek help as soon as it is needed, and serve as liaison between students and the mental health community. Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS):

All registered students are eligible for services at CAPS, who are committed to providing timely, culturally appropriate, and effective mental health services to our diverse UCSB student body, as well as professional consultation to faculty, staff, and families. Mental Health Peer Program

Student-run association of CAPS which provides peer counseling, workshops, and other mental health resources and events. Website Link

Helping Survivors

Helping Survivors is a free resource for victims of sexual abuse and assault. They are constantly creating new guides to educate on what victims can do, and people are always welcome to contact Helping Survivors with any questions they may have.
